  1. Manage and maintain the organization's Radiology Information System (RIS) to ensure its smooth and efficient operation.
  2. Work closely with the IT team to monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights to ensure appropriate and secure use of the RIS.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise with the RIS, including coordinating with vendors for support if needed.
  5. Implement updates and upgrades to the RIS as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
  6. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  7. Provide training and support to end-users on the RIS to ensure proper utilization of the system.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement to enhance the RIS's functionality and usability.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in RIS technology to advise on potential upgrades or new systems.
  10. Maintain documentation and records of system configurations, changes, and procedures.
  11. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures related to data security and confidentiality.
  12. Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, including patients, physicians, and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Working With Ris Systems, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Imaging Technologies And Protocols, Such As Dicom, Hl7, And Pacs.

  • Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Quickly Resolve Technical Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Other Healthcare Professionals And Departments.
