  1. Provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients with cancer in the Oncology Clinic.
  2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
  3. Monitor and assess patient's physical and emotional well-being, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  5. Educate patients and their families on their diagnosis, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
  7. Monitor and maintain supplies and equipment in the clinic.
  8. Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
  9. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay updated on the latest advancements in oncology nursing.
  10. Adhere to the ethical and professional standards set by Baptist Health and regulatory bodies.
  11. Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families during difficult times.
  12. Advocate for patients and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and professionalism.
  14. Attend team meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for patients and colleagues.

  • Cpr Certification

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution

  • Current Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Kentucky
