Baptist Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Labor and Delivery to join our team in Louisville, Kentucky. Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patients’ progress and provide high-quality nursing care during labor and delivery
  • Administer medications, assess vital signs, and perform other medical tasks as needed
  • Educate patients on labor and delivery processes and provide emotional support
  • Assist physicians during labor and delivery procedures
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide life-saving interventions
  • Document patient care, progress notes, and any other information required
  • Maintain a clean and safe labor and delivery environment
  • Follow hospital policies and procedures
  • Remain up-to-date on the latest labor and delivery practices
