The successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, the candidate must have a high school degree or equivalent, reliable transportation, and a minimum of one year of experience in medical office support. The ideal candidate will also have an Associate’s degree or higher in a related field. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
  2. Maintain accuracy in records and procedures.
  3. Demonstrate strong organizational skills and multitasking capabilities.
  4. Ensure effective communication with colleagues, patients, and families.
  5. Respond to inquiries and provide information as needed.
  6. Assist with scheduling and other administrative duties.
  7. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws.
  8. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  9. Process requests for radiology exams and follow up on results.
  10. Assist with training of new staff members.
