- Develop and implement provider compensation strategies and policies in alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure fair and competitive compensation for healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to review and update provider compensation plans.
- Manage and maintain provider compensation data and records.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external benchmarking organizations and resources.
- Provide guidance and support to leadership and HR teams on provider compensation matters.
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Monitor and analyze provider productivity and performance metrics to inform compensation decisions.
- Advise on and facilitate negotiations related to provider compensation.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in provider compensation.
- Communicate and educate providers on compensation policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with recruitment team to ensure competitive compensation packages for new providers.
- Support and participate in the organization's mission of providing quality healthcare to the community.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive compensation information.
- Continuously evaluate and improve provider compensation processes and systems.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compensation Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Compensation And Benefits.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Informed Decisions.
Prior Experience With Creating And Managing Compensation Plans And Programs, Including Incentive Structures And Bonus Plans.
