  1. Develop and implement provider compensation strategies and policies in alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
  2. Conduct regular market analysis to ensure fair and competitive compensation for healthcare providers.
  3. Collaborate with HR and finance departments to review and update provider compensation plans.
  4. Manage and maintain provider compensation data and records.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with external benchmarking organizations and resources.
  6. Provide guidance and support to leadership and HR teams on provider compensation matters.
  7. Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  8. Monitor and analyze provider productivity and performance metrics to inform compensation decisions.
  9. Advise on and facilitate negotiations related to provider compensation.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in provider compensation.
  11. Communicate and educate providers on compensation policies and procedures.
  12. Collaborate with recruitment team to ensure competitive compensation packages for new providers.
  13. Support and participate in the organization's mission of providing quality healthcare to the community.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive compensation information.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve provider compensation processes and systems.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Compensation Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Compensation And Benefits.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret Data And Make Informed Decisions.

  • Prior Experience With Creating And Managing Compensation Plans And Programs, Including Incentive Structures And Bonus Plans.
