  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff assignments.
  2. Lead and support a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff.
  3. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and policies, including HIPAA, OSHA, and state/federal laws.
  4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the practice.
  5. Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices for patient care and customer service.
  6. Monitor and maintain the practice's budget, including tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to achieve common goals.
  8. Handle patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to staff.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry changes and advancements to ensure the practice is offering the highest quality of care.
  11. Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.
  12. Foster a positive and welcoming work environment for all team members.
  13. Serve as a liaison between the practice and other departments, as well as external stakeholders.
  14. Participate in meetings and committees to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  15. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to all ethical standards of practice.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or Related Field Required.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Supervisory Role.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations, Compliance, And Quality Improvement Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Patients, Staff, And Providers In A Professional And Compassionate Manner.
