As a Physical Therapy Technician, you will work closely with our experienced physical therapists to provide top-notch care and support for our patients.   1. Assisting physical therapists in the evaluation and treatment of patients by setting up equipment, preparing treatment areas, and monitoring patient progress.
  2. Providing compassionate and empathetic care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety during therapy sessions.
  3. Maintaining accurate and organized patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and other documentation as required.
  4. Communicating effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide updates on patient progress and address any concerns or questions.
  5. Adhering to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean treatment environment for patients.
  6. Assisting in the coordination and scheduling of patient appointments, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of therapy services.
  7. Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the physical therapy department.
  8. Participating in continuing education and training opportunities to further develop skills and knowledge in the field of physical therapy.
  9. Following established procedures and protocols to accurately and safely perform tasks such as transferring and assisting patients, taking vital signs, and applying modalities.
  10. Upholding the values and mission of the organization by providing compassionate and high-quality care to all patients.

Job Qualifications
