  1. Evaluate and assess patients' physical condition and develop personalized treatment plans to address their rehabilitation needs.
  2. Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and exercises to help patients improve their mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
  3. Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients and their families to educate them on their condition and provide guidance on how to manage their symptoms.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and document treatment plans and progress.
  7. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the practice of physical therapy.
  8. Stay current on advancements and best practices in the field of physical therapy and implement them in patient care.
  9. Provide guidance and support to physical therapy assistants and other team members.
  10. Contribute to the overall success of the Outpatient facility by actively participating in meetings and providing input on ways to improve patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Licensure As A Physical Therapist In The State Of Kentucky.

  • A Doctor Of Physical Therapy (Dpt) Degree From An Accredited Institution.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Outpatient Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Practices And Treatment Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
