- Evaluate and assess patients' physical condition and develop personalized treatment plans to address their rehabilitation needs.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and exercises to help patients improve their mobility, strength, and overall physical function.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to educate them on their condition and provide guidance on how to manage their symptoms.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and document treatment plans and progress.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the practice of physical therapy.
- Stay current on advancements and best practices in the field of physical therapy and implement them in patient care.
- Provide guidance and support to physical therapy assistants and other team members.
- Contribute to the overall success of the Outpatient facility by actively participating in meetings and providing input on ways to improve patient care.
Current Licensure As A Physical Therapist In The State Of Kentucky.
A Doctor Of Physical Therapy (Dpt) Degree From An Accredited Institution.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Outpatient Setting.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Practices And Treatment Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
