1. Greet and welcome patients and their families to Baptist Health in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Assist phlebotomists in collecting and labeling patient samples according to established protocols.
3. Maintain accurate and organized records of patient information, including sample collection and processing.
4. Communicate clearly and effectively with patients to explain the phlebotomy process and answer any questions or concerns.
