1. Perform phlebotomy procedures on patients, following all safety protocols and ensuring accuracy in sample collection.
2. Manage and process laboratory orders, including verifying patient information, labeling samples, and entering data into computer systems.
3. Monitor and track laboratory results, ensuring timely delivery to healthcare providers and accurate documentation of all findings.
4. Maintain inventory of phlebotomy supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and restocking as needed.
5. Respond promptly and professionally to patient inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service at all times.
