Job Description

Baptist Health (Kentucky) is looking for a passionate and experienced Phlebotomist to join our team. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in a safe and timely manner. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service to patients, maintain a high level of safety and accuracy, and ensure the quality of the samples collected.We are looking for an individual with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma, a certification as a Phlebotomist, and at least one year of experience in a health care setting. To be successful in this role, you must have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, be able to remain calm under pressure, and be able to work with minimal supervision. If you are a compassionate, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in providing excellent patient care, then this may be the perfect position for you.

Responsibilities:
