In this role, you will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting pharmacy data to inform decision-making and improve patient outcomes.   1. Analyze and interpret pharmacy data to identify trends and patterns that can inform decision-making and drive improvements in patient outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop strategies for collecting, organizing and presenting data in a meaningful way.
  3. Utilize data visualization tools to create reports and dashboards that provide insights and recommendations for improving pharmacy operations.
  4. Develop and maintain data analysis processes and systems to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
  5. Identify and troubleshoot data issues, working with relevant stakeholders to resolve them in a timely manner.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and apply them to improve pharmacy operations.
  7. Communicate findings and insights to key stakeholders, including pharmacy leadership and other departments as needed.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on pharmacy data, providing guidance and support to other team members and departments.
  9. Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  10. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and comply with all relevant laws and regulations related to data privacy and security.
  11. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and confidentiality.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline data analysis processes for increased efficiency and accuracy.
  13. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to gather and analyze data from various sources.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Baptist Health and its mission to provide compassionate care to the community.
  15. Work independently and proactively to meet deadlines and achieve goals set by the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy, Healthcare Informatics, Data Analytics, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Pharmacy Data Analysis, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting

  • Proficient In Data Management And Analysis Software, Such As Sql, Tableau, Or Sas

  • Knowledge Of Pharmacy Industry Standards, Regulations, And Reporting Requirements

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work Effectively In A Remote Team Environment With Various Stakeholders, Including Pharmacists, It Professionals, And Healthcare Administrators.
