- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure timely and accurate dispensing of medications.
- Maintain inventory and stock levels of oncology medications.
- Communicate with patients and their families regarding medication instructions and potential side effects.
- Conduct medication therapy management to optimize patient outcomes.
- Review and process medication orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.

Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Related Field
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In An Oncology Pharmacy Setting
