  1. Provide exceptional pharmaceutical care to patients undergoing cancer treatment.
  2. Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure timely and accurate dispensing of medications.
  3. Maintain inventory and stock levels of oncology medications.
  4. Communicate with patients and their families regarding medication instructions and potential side effects.
  5. Conduct medication therapy management to optimize patient outcomes.
  6. Review and process medication orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.
  7. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
  8. Keep accurate and detailed patient records, including medication histories and adverse reactions.
  9. Educate patients and caregivers on the safe and proper use of medications.
  10. Stay updated on new developments and research in oncology pharmacy to provide the best possible care.
  11. Adhere to all safety and quality standards and regulations.
  12. Provide support and assistance to other members of the pharmacy team.
  13. Maintain a compassionate and empathetic approach towards patients and their families.
  14. Ensure compliance with all HIPAA and privacy regulations.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Related Field
