Job Description

Baptist Health is searching for a reliable, customer-focused PBX Operator to join our team! As the initial point of contact for our patients and staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service every time. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle all incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member. To be successful in this position, you must possess a combination of technical and customer service abilities. You must have at least one year of experience working in a call center or as a PBX operator, and be well-versed in the use of multi-line phones. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in this role.
