Current State Licensure: Candidates Must Possess A Valid Paramedic License Issued By The Kentucky Board Of Emergency Medical Services.
Cpr Certification: All Applicants Must Hold A Current Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification From The American Heart Association.
Acls Certification: Possession Of Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls) Certification Is Required For All Paramedic Prn Positions At Baptist Health.
Minimum Education: A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Required, Although An Associate's Or Bachelor's Degree In Emergency Medical Services Or A Related Field Is Preferred.
Experience: Candidates Must Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Paramedic In An Emergency Medical Setting. Previous Experience In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting Is Also Preferred.
