Job Description

Baptist Health (Kentucky) is seeking an experienced and passionate Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team and facilitate our patients’ journey towards optimal physical health. We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, a commitment to excellence, and a strong background in physical therapy. The ideal candidate should have a Doctoral or Masters Degree in Physical Therapy, and previous experience in providing physical therapy services in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting.
  2. Develop treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each patient.
  3. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  4. Educate patients and family members about physical therapy techniques and exercises.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best care for each patient.
  6. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  7. Adhere to all relevant regulations and best practices in physical therapy.
  8. Participate in continuing education and professional development.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives.
  10. Provide support and direction to other physical therapy staff members.
