Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Improvement Advisor to join our team at Baptist Health (Kentucky). This person should have a passion for building systems and processes that can better serve our operations and the communities we serve. This role will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining innovative and cost-effective solutions that will have a lasting impact on our operations.The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. At least four years of experience in operational improvement, process analysis, and/or organizational change management is also required. We are looking for someone who is a creative problem solver, possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is detail-oriented, and results-driven. The ideal candidate should also be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. If this sounds like you, we would love for you to be part of our team!

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement operational improvement strategies and process analysis techniques to improve operations and reduce costs.
  2. Identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative solutions to achieve organizational objectives.
  3. Analyze operational data and create reports to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Provide guidance and support to teams to ensure operational processes are followed.
  5. Monitor and evaluate operational performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Lead organizational change management projects to ensure successful implementation.
  8. Keep abreast of industry best practices and trends to ensure Baptist Health (Kentucky) is competitive.
  9. Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.
  10. Create and deliver presentations and training sessions to stakeholders and team members.
