- Document patient information, including vital signs, medications, and any changes in condition, in electronic medical records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for patients and staff in the observation unit.
