  1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
  2. Assist and support the nursing staff with various tasks, including vital sign monitoring, patient hygiene, and ambulation.
  3. Effectively communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare team members to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
  4. Adhere to all safety and infection control measures to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  5. Document all patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner, following established guidelines and protocols.
  6. Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  7. Demonstrate a strong understanding of patient rights and participate in ensuring their rights are respected and upheld at all times.
  8. Maintain confidentiality and privacy of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  9. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during difficult times.
  10. Display a positive and professional attitude at all times, promoting a welcoming and caring atmosphere for patients and their families.
  11. Assist in maintaining a well-stocked and organized patient care area, including restocking supplies and ensuring equipment is functioning properly.
  12. Report any changes in patient condition or concerns to the nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
  13. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including those related to patient care, safety, and infection control.
  14. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
  15. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and huddles to discuss patient care and provide input and suggestions for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent.

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) License From The State Of Kentucky.

  • Basic Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Procedures.
