- Provide compassionate and attentive care to patients and their families.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Monitor patients' physical and emotional well-being and report any changes to medical staff.
- Help patients with mobility by transferring them from beds to wheelchairs and vice versa.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Serve meals and assist patients with eating, if needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
- Adhere to all healthcare protocols and procedures.
- Respect and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Attend and participate in team meetings and trainings.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and uphold the values of Baptist Health.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent.
Current Certification As A Nursing Assistant In The State Of Kentucky.
Completion Of A Certified Nursing Assistant Program.
Minimum Of 1 Year Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Long-Term Care Facility.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Well In A Team.
