Job Description

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team at our facility in Kentucky. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our nurses and providing hands-on care to our patients. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others and has a strong desire to make a positive impact in the healthcare field.   1. Provide compassionate and exceptional care to patients and their families in accordance with company and industry standards.
  2. Assist nurses with various tasks, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, and feeding patients.
  3. Monitor and report changes in patients' physical and emotional well-being to nursing staff.
  4. Help maintain a safe and clean environment for patients by following infection control and safety procedures.
  5. Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for patients and their families by greeting and assisting them with any needs.
  6. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  7. Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
  8. Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain knowledge and skills necessary for the job.
  9. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  10. Adhere to ethical and legal standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
  11. Show a strong commitment to making a positive impact in the healthcare field.
  12. Perform any other duties as assigned by nursing staff or supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent

  • Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification

  • Completion Of A State-Approved Nursing Assistant Training Program

  • Current Certification As A Nursing Assistant In The State Of Kentucky

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience As A Nursing Assistant In A Healthcare Setting
