  4. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.

  10. Stay current on best practices and evidence-based care for maternal and newborn health.
  11. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  12. Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and improve nursing skills.
  13. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for patients.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Rn License In The State Of Kentucky

  • Bsn Degree Or Higher From An Accredited Nursing Program

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Mother/Baby Unit Or Related Field

  • Bls And Nrp Certifications

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills With A Focus On Patient Education And Family-Centered Care.
