- Accurately transcribe and organize medical records for patients in the Orthopedics department.

- Assist with coding and billing processes as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
- Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.

- Attend trainings and meetings to stay informed on changes in policies and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree In Health Information Management Or A Related Field.
Certification As A Registered Health Information Technician (Rhit) Or Certified Coding Specialist (Ccs).
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Medical Transcription, Preferably In An Orthopedics Setting.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Anatomy Related To Orthopedics.
Proficiency In Electronic Health Record Systems And Transcription Software.
