Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule medical appointments for patients in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service to patients by responding to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Resolve patient inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  4. Maintain thorough knowledge of medical terminology.
  5. Utilize excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner.
  7. Ensure accuracy of all patient information.
  8. Track and monitor patient satisfaction with services.
