  10. Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and verifying insurance information.
  11. Assist with clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and collecting specimens.
  12. Demonstrate professionalism and compassion in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and supervisors.
  13. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  14. Attend and actively participate in trainings and meetings to enhance knowledge and skills.
  15. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  16. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Medical Assistant Trainee At Baptist Health Should Have A Minimum Educational Requirement Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Level Of Education And A Foundation For Further Training.

  • Basic Medical Knowledge: The Candidate Should Have A Basic Understanding Of Medical Terminology, Anatomy, And Physiology. This Knowledge Will Be Further Developed During The Training Program, But A Basic Understanding Is Essential For The Role.
