We are looking for an organized and reliable Medical Assistant - Administrative to join our team at Baptist Health (Kentucky). In this position, you will provide administrative support to our medical staff and ensure that our patients’ healthcare needs are met. Responsibilities:

  1. Assist medical staff with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling appointments, and processing medical records.
  2. Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  3. Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  4. Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries.
  5. Assist with patient registration and insurance verification.
  6. Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
  7. Process patient payments and insurance claims.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  9. Assist with medical billing and record keeping.
  10. Prepare documents and reports as requested.
