  1. Oversee the daily operations of the radiology department, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment maintenance.
  2. Provide exceptional patient care by performing radiology procedures and ensuring accurate and high-quality images.
  3. Mentor and train junior radiology technologists, providing guidance and support to help them improve their skills.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the radiology team, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow within the radiology department.
  6. Maintain and update knowledge of current radiology technologies and techniques, implementing new practices to improve patient care and department efficiency.
  7. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines in the radiology department.

  9. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Technology Or Related Field

  • Current Certification With The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt)

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Radiologic Technologist, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role

  • Strong Knowledge Of Radiographic Procedures, Equipment, And Safety Protocols

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Radiology Technologists.
