- Provide technical support to employees and patients of Baptist Health, troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain and manage the organization's technology systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure, ensuring they are functioning properly.
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their concerns and providing clear and concise instructions to resolve their technical issues.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and resolve complex technical problems, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Document all support tickets and resolutions accurately and thoroughly, maintaining a detailed record of technical issues and solutions for future reference.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology, making recommendations for updates and improvements to the organization's systems and processes.
- Train and educate employees on the use of technology systems and software, providing guidance and support to ensure they are utilizing them effectively.
- Adhere to security protocols and policies, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of the organization's data and systems.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and providing exceptional customer service.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication with colleagues and customers.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In An It Support Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge And Experience With Various Operating Systems And Software Applications, Including Microsoft Windows, Office 365, And Emr Systems.
Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Staff And Patients.
