  1. Provide technical support to employees and patients of Baptist Health, troubleshooting technical issues and providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
  2. Maintain and manage the organization's technology systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure, ensuring they are functioning properly.
  3. Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their concerns and providing clear and concise instructions to resolve their technical issues.
  4. Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and resolve complex technical problems, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  5. Document all support tickets and resolutions accurately and thoroughly, maintaining a detailed record of technical issues and solutions for future reference.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology, making recommendations for updates and improvements to the organization's systems and processes.
  7. Train and educate employees on the use of technology systems and software, providing guidance and support to ensure they are utilizing them effectively.
  8. Adhere to security protocols and policies, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of the organization's data and systems.
  9. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and providing exceptional customer service.
  10. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication with colleagues and customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In An It Support Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge And Experience With Various Operating Systems And Software Applications, Including Microsoft Windows, Office 365, And Emr Systems.

  • Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Staff And Patients.
