Human Resources Business Partner

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Baptist Health in Kentucky. In this role, you will be a strategic advisor to the organization, providing guidance to leaders on a wide range of human resource topics. To be successful in this position, you must be an excellent communicator with a passion for developing relationships and achieving results.You must have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience with a proven track record of success in a healthcare environment. You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
