Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Baptist Health in Kentucky. In this role, you will be a strategic advisor to the organization, providing guidance to leaders on a wide range of human resource topics. To be successful in this position, you must be an excellent communicator with a passion for developing relationships and achieving results.You must have a minimum of 5 years of HR experience with a proven track record of success in a healthcare environment. You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. We also require a strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures, as well as a thorough understanding of payroll, benefits, and labor regulations.If you are an experienced HR professional with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide guidance and advice to leaders on a wide range of human resources topics.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  3. Manage and lead various HR initiatives.
  4. Analyze HR data and use it to develop strategies and plans.
  5. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  6. Monitor and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  7. Facilitate employee relations and conflict resolution.
  8. Administer payroll, benefits, and labor regulations.
  9. Recruit, select, and onboard new employees.
  10. Develop and deliver training and development programs.
