Responsibilities:
- Provide quality, compassionate care to patients in their homes.
- Maintain the highest standards of care and a positive attitude.
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and experience in home health care.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and the flexibility to work a variety of shifts to meet the needs of patients.
- Possess a strong sense of empathy and the ability to be an advocate for patients.
- Adhere to all relevant safety and health regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping duties.
- Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the appropriate medical personnel.
Ability To Work Independently
