Responsibilities:

  1. Provide quality, compassionate care to patients in their homes.
  2. Maintain the highest standards of care and a positive attitude.
  3. Possess a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and experience in home health care.
  4. Have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and the flexibility to work a variety of shifts to meet the needs of patients.
  5. Possess a strong sense of empathy and the ability to be an advocate for patients.
  6. Adhere to all relevant safety and health regulations, policies, and procedures.
  7. Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
  8. Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  9. Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping duties.
  10. Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the appropriate medical personnel.
