Home Care Nursing Assistant

Baptist Health in Kentucky is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Nursing Assistant to join our team. This position offers a great opportunity to provide excellent care for patients in their own homes and help to improve their quality of life. The successful candidate will have a passion for helping others, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently.To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and experience in home care nursing. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to follow directions and work independently, are essential. The successful candidate must also be able to prioritize tasks and work with a sense of urgency. Responsibilities: -Provide excellent home care nursing services to patients -Follow directions and work independently with a sense of urgency -Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate a passion for helping others -Prioritize tasks and use problem-solving skills when necessary -Utilize excellent communication skills when interacting with patients and colleagues -Follow safety protocols and maintain patient confidentiality -Keep up-to-date on all relevant medical terminology -Work as part of a team to provide the highest quality of care to patients -Provide transportation to and from patient appointments, as needed
