Baptist Health (Kentucky) is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding top talent for our healthcare organization. You will serve as a dynamic link between potential and current employees, providing exceptional customer service to both. To be successful in this position, you must have great communication skills, an understanding of the healthcare industry, and the ability to quickly build relationships with candidates. Responsibilities:

  1. Source and recruit high-caliber healthcare professionals for Baptist Health.
  2. Utilize a variety of recruitment strategies, including job postings, social media, and networking.
  3. Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess the qualifications of potential candidates.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the healthcare industry and its trends and challenges.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations.
  6. Monitor and report recruiting metrics such as cost-per-hire and time-to-hire.
  7. Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service to both potential and current employees.
  9. Utilize strong communication skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates.
  10. Stay abreast of industry trends and development in order to improve recruitment processes.
