Job Description

As the Financial Operations Analyst at Baptist Health (Kentucky), you will be responsible for planning, organizing, analyzing, and evaluating financial operations to ensure the organization is operating effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment. A successful Financial Operations Analyst should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field and a minimum of three years of experience in a financial operations role. A CPA or CMA certification is preferred. If you are a detail-oriented and driven professional with a passion for finance and operations, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze financial operations to ensure the organization is operating effectively and efficiently.
  2. Identify areas of improvement and develop solutions to improve operations.
  3. Develop and monitor budgets and financial plans.
  4. Prepare and analyze financial reports and statements.
  5. Implement and monitor internal controls and procedures.
  6. Assist with audits and other financial reviews.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure unified operations.
  8. Stay current on trends and best practices in the financial operations field.
  9. Research and recommend new technologies and software to improve operations.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
