Job Description

Do you have a passion for providing exceptional patient services? Baptist Health is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic EVS Worker to join our team in Kentucky.As an EVS Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in all of our facilities, including patient rooms, operating rooms, and public areas. You will be responsible for following infection control protocols to ensure the highest standards of safety. You will also be expected to work closely with other members of our team to ensure the highest level of customer service.The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented attitude. The ideal candidate must also have a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in a healthcare or other service-oriented environment. Responsibilities of an EVS Worker:

  1. Maintain a clean and safe environment in all facilities, including patient rooms, operating rooms, and public areas.
  2. Follow infection control protocols to ensure the highest standards of safety.
  3. Work closely with other members of the team to ensure the highest level of customer service.
  4. Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are met.
  5. Ensure all areas are stocked with necessary supplies.
  6. Follow all health and safety guidelines and regulations.
  7. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests.
  8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  9. Report any maintenance or safety issues.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned.
