1. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff by following established cleaning protocols and procedures.
2. Perform a variety of cleaning tasks such as mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces to ensure high levels of cleanliness and sanitation.
3. Adhere to infection control guidelines and regulations to prevent the spread of illnesses and infections.
4. Monitor and restock supplies in designated areas, such as patient rooms, waiting rooms, and restrooms.
5. Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner.
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained.
7. Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and visitors to address any concerns or requests.
8. Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries while performing job duties.
9. Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.
10. Keep accurate records of cleaning tasks completed and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
