- Medication Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of medication inventory to ensure availability for patient care.
- Patient Care: Provide exceptional customer service to patients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of medications.
- Quality Control: Perform quality checks and maintain accurate records to ensure the safe and effective distribution of medications.
- Compliance: Adhere to all state and federal laws, regulations, and policies related to pharmacy operations and patient care.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure timely and accurate medication distribution.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of medication dispensing and inventory management.
- Training and Education: Stay updated on new medications and procedures, and provide training and education to other team members as needed.

- Safety: Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent
Certified Pharmacy Technician (Cpht) Accreditation From The Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (Ptcb)
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Pharmacy Technician In A Distribution Or Hospital Setting
Knowledge Of Drug Distribution Systems, Including Automated Dispensing Cabinets And Unit Dose Packaging
Understanding Of Pharmacy Laws And Regulations, Including Controlled Substance Handling And Record Keeping
