Job Description

Baptist Health (Kentucky) seeks an experienced and passionate Director, Nursing 3E to join our team and lead our 3E nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare professional who is eager to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and our community.The ideal candidate for this role must have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and at least five years of experience in a nursing leadership role. Experience in a healthcare setting and knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards is a must. The Director, Nursing 3E must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be highly organized, and have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.If you are a driven and dedicated healthcare professional looking to make a difference in the lives of our patients, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the 3E nursing team to ensure quality patient care.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the 3E nursing team.
  3. Monitor patient care delivery and outcomes to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  4. Ensure compliance with safety and infection control procedures.
  5. Prepare and manage the 3E nursing team budget.
  6. Provide guidance and mentoring to nursing staff and provide feedback on performance.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and medical staff to ensure quality patient care.
  8. Monitor and assess patient care needs and provide appropriate interventions.
  9. Develop and implement nursing education and training programs.
  10. Act as a liaison between the nursing team and other departments.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing

  • Current Kentucky Registered Nurse License
