  1. Develop and implement clinical trials at Baptist Health in collaboration with the research team.
  2. Work closely with physicians and researchers to ensure the successful execution of clinical studies.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all clinical trial activities.
  4. Ensure compliance with all ethical and regulatory guidelines for clinical research.
  5. Screen and recruit potential participants for clinical trials.
  6. Coordinate and schedule study visits and procedures for participants.
  7. Communicate effectively with study participants, physicians, and other healthcare professionals involved in the clinical trials.
  8. Prepare and maintain study materials, including informed consent forms, study protocols, and data collection tools.
  9. Monitor and track study progress, including enrollment, data collection, and adverse events.
  10. Report any concerns or issues to the research team and assist in finding solutions.
  11. Assist in the preparation and submission of study reports to regulatory bodies.
  12. Keep abreast of industry developments and changes in regulations related to clinical research.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and marketing, to ensure the successful completion of clinical trials.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling participant information.
  15. Uphold the mission and values of Baptist Health in all aspects of the role.
  16. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures for conducting clinical trials at Baptist Health.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field (E.g. Biology, Nursing, Public Health, Etc.)

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research Coordination Or Related Healthcare Field

  • Strong Understanding Of The Research Process And Regulatory Requirements (E.g. Irb, Fda)

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Study Participants, Healthcare Professionals, And Other Research Team Members

  • Proficiency In Computer Applications And Electronic Medical Record Systems Used In Clinical Research, Such As Redcap And Epic.
