Job Description

At Baptist Health (Kentucky), we are seeking an experienced Clinical Outcomes Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the hospital's medical staff to improve clinical outcomes and ensure that patient care meets the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate for this position is a compassionate and organized individual with a passion for providing excellent care. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing patient-centered care.To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field, along with a current license from the Kentucky Board of Nursing. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent patient-centered care, ensuring patient care meets the highest standards of quality.
  2. Work closely with the hospital's medical staff to improve clinical outcomes.
  3. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
  4. Develop and implement patient care plans.
  5. Monitor and evaluate patient progress.
  6. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  7. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to patient care.
  8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
  9. Provide education and training to patients, families, and staff.
  10. Maintain patient health records and documentation.
