Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Clinical Informatics Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing your strong analytical skills to support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our clinical informatics systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare and possess a deep understanding of technology and data analysis.   1. Utilize strong analytical skills to support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of clinical informatics systems.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions for clinical informatics needs.
  3. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of clinical data by conducting regular audits and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  4. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clinical and IT staff to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
  5. Stay informed on new technology developments and industry trends to make recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
  6. Train and educate clinical staff on the use of clinical informatics systems, including best practices and workflows.
  7. Conduct data analysis and create reports to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement in patient care.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to clinical informatics systems, escalating to IT or vendor support when necessary.
  9. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards related to clinical informatics systems.
  10. Continuously evaluate and optimize clinical informatics processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Maintain documentation and provide regular updates on system changes and enhancements.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert for clinical informatics systems, providing support and guidance to other team members as needed.
  13. Participate in the testing and validation of new system updates or implementations.
  14. Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and manage relationships to ensure the best value for the organization.
  15. Contribute to the overall mission of improving patient care through the innovative use of technology.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Clinical Or Analytical Role.

  • Proficiency In Analyzing And Interpreting Data, With Advanced Knowledge Of Statistics And Data Management Techniques.

  • Strong Understanding Of Electronic Medical Record Systems And Clinical Workflows.

  • Certification In Healthcare Informatics, Such As Certified Professional In Healthcare Information And Management Systems (Cphims) Or Certified Health Data Analyst (Chda), Preferred.
