Job Description

Baptist Health, Kentucky is seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinic Manager—Cardiology to join our team. As the Clinic Manager—Cardiology you will be responsible for managing and leading the day-to-day operations of the cardiology clinic, including managing staff, overseeing patient care, ensuring the clinic runs efficiently, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in clinic management, a strong understanding of cardiology and excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and lead the day-to-day operations of the cardiology clinic.
  2. Supervise and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback as needed.
  3. Oversee patient care, ensuring that all procedures are followed correctly and that all standards of care are met.
  4. Ensure the clinic runs efficiently by monitoring workflow, identifying and resolving issues, and implementing new processes and procedures.
  5. Maintain a high level of customer service through timely follow-up and addressing patient concerns and inquiries.
  6. Develop and maintain positive relationships with physicians, staff, and other stakeholders.
  7. Monitor clinic expenses and budget, ensuring that clinic costs are in line with budgeted amounts.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws.
  9. Stay abreast of current trends and developments in the cardiology field.
  10. Participate in various meetings and committees as necessary.
