1. Greet and welcome patients to Baptist Health in a warm and friendly manner.
2. Assist patients with check-in and gathering necessary medical information.
3. Prepare and maintain examination rooms for patient visits.
4. Take and record vital signs accurately and efficiently.
5. Prepare and administer medications as directed by healthcare providers.
6. Perform basic laboratory tests and procedures, such as blood draws and urine tests.
7. Assist healthcare providers with medical procedures and examinations.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for patients.
9. Ensure patient confidentiality is maintained at all times.
10. Educate patients on proper healthcare practices and procedures.
11. Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating patient care.
12. Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other medical staff.
13. Keep inventory of medical and office supplies and restock as needed.
14. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
15. Participate in training and continuing education to maintain certification and stay up-to-date on medical advancements.
16. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any patient concerns or complaints.
