1. Provide specialized care to patients with complex cardiovascular conditions in the CVICU.
2. Monitor and assess patient condition, including vital signs, lab results, and changes in medical status.
3. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
5. Educate patients and their families on cardiovascular disease management and treatment plans.
6. Maintain accurate and thorough medical records and documentation.
7. Respond to emergency situations and provide immediate and appropriate interventions.
8. Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
9. Comfort and support patients and their families during difficult and emotional times.
