  1. Manage and oversee all operations within the Cardiac Cath Lab department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
  2. Utilize strong leadership skills to effectively lead and guide a team of healthcare professionals, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
  3. Serve as a resource and mentor for team members, providing training and support as needed.
  4. Monitor and maintain the quality of care provided in the Cardiac Cath Lab, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
  5. Utilize extensive knowledge of cardiac procedures to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of patient care.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care and continuity of services.
  7. Monitor and track department performance and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
  8. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to address any concerns and ensure a positive experience.
  9. Stay updated on industry developments, advancements, and best practices in cardiac care to continually improve services provided.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field

  • Active Rn Licensure In The State Of Kentucky

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Cardiac Cath Lab Setting

  • Acls Certification And Bls Certification

  • Previous Leadership Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Cardiac Cath Lab Or Interventional Cardiology Unit.
