Veterinary Technician

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience as a Veterinary Technician and a current Veterinary Technician license in the state of practice. The technician will work closely with the veterinary team to provide quality patient care and to ensure that our clients receive the best possible experience. Responsibilities:

1. Provide quality patient care services in a professional and efficient manner
2. Follow all safety protocols and procedures
3. Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
4. Assist with the examination of animals, including taking vital signs and completing diagnostic procedures
5. Administer medications and vaccines as prescribed by the veterinarian
6. Educate pet owners about their animal's health and well-being
7. Stock and maintain supplies and equipment
8. Monitor anesthetic and surgical procedures
9. Perform laboratory tests such as urinalysis, fecal analysis, and ear cytology
10. Keep the facility clean and organized
11. Provide excellent customer service to all clients
12. Work closely with the veterinary team to ensure the best possible experience for both pets and their owners
