High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Education Requirement For A Veterinary Assistant At Banfield Is A High School Diploma Or Its Equivalent. This Ensures That Candidates Have A Basic Understanding Of Academic Subjects And Are Able To Perform Essential Job Functions.
Previous Experience In Animal Care: Banfield Pet Hospital Prefers Candidates With Prior Experience In Animal Care, Such As Working In A Veterinary Hospital, Animal Shelter, Or Pet Store. This Experience Demonstrates A Candidate's Knowledge Of Handling And Caring For Animals.
