Student Ambassador

At Banfield Pet Hospital, we are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Student Ambassador to join our team! Our ideal candidate is an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should have a passion for helping people and animals, and a desire to learn and grow.The Student Ambassador will be responsible for promoting Banfield Pet Hospital and its services, products, and programs. They will also be the first point of contact for students, faculty, and staff, so they must be able to handle inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Requirements for the Student Ambassador position include: a high school diploma or equivalent; excellent customer service and communication skills; a valid driver’s license; and a positive, professional attitude. Previous experience in an ambassador role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities of the Student Ambassador:

1. Promote Banfield Pet Hospital and its services, products, and programs.
2. Serve as the first point of contact for students, faculty, and staff.
3. Handle inquiries and complaints from students, faculty, and staff in a prompt and professional manner.
4. Create a positive customer experience.
5. Participate in marketing activities, such as distributing promotional materials and attending student events.
6. Monitor and follow up on customer feedback and suggestions.
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
8. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
9. Assist in training new student ambassadors.
10. Interact with customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
