The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service or public relations. Responsibilities:

1. Serve as a representative of Banfield Pet Hospital at various events and meetings.
2. Act as an advocate for Banfield’s mission and animal welfare initiatives.
3. Communicate effectively with customers, members of the public, and other stakeholders.
4. Provide assistance to customers with inquiries and questions.
5. Stay organized and multitask effectively.
6. Conduct research and identify potential opportunities for Banfield Pet Hospital.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the animal welfare industry.
8. Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events.
9. Participate in training sessions and meetings.
10. Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
