As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in ensuring our furry patients receive the best care possible.   1. Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner, while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
  2. Schedule appointments for clients and their pets, while ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  3. Provide accurate and detailed information to clients regarding services, pricing, and policies.
  4. Maintain client records and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  5. Handle and resolve client concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Educate clients on products, services, and preventative care for their pets.
  7. Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless and efficient care for patients.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including stocking necessary supplies.
  9. Process payments and manage financial transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
  10. Continuously strive to improve and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  11. Collaborate with veterinarians and veterinary technicians to ensure effective communication and exceptional care for patients.
  12. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including those related to client confidentiality and patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Client Service Coordinator At Banfield Pet Hospital Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills In Order To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Veterinarians, And Other Team Members. This Includes Both Written And Verbal Communication Skills.
