  1. Greet and welcome clients and their pets in a warm and friendly manner.
  2. Assist clients with scheduling appointments, checking in and out, and making payments.
  3. Educate clients on services offered and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
  4. Maintain accurate and organized client records and ensure confidentiality.
  5. Handle phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
  6. Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure excellent patient care and customer service.
  7. Provide clients with information on pet health and wellness, including preventive care and treatment options.
  8. Keep the reception area and lobby clean and presentable at all times.
  9. Resolve client complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance the client experience.
  11. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
  12. Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
  13. Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures.
  14. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new developments in the veterinary field.
  15. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their pets.
  16. Display empathy and compassion towards clients and their pets, especially during difficult situations.
  17. Attend training and meetings as required.
  18. Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols.
  19. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote hospital services and events.
  20. Perform other duties as assigned by the hospital manager.
